The multi-operator washing system is a modular industrial solution designed for maximum efficiency, durability, and continuous operation. Built in stainless steel, it features a 100-liter storage tank with level sensors, high-pressure ceramic piston pumps, and motor from 4 to 7,5 KW motors mounted on anti-vibration supports.
Pump activation is automatic via lance use, managed by a PLC with display, which balances the workload and continuously monitors system parameters. Any anomalies—such as water shortage or pressure drops—are immediately detected. Available in 2 to more station configurations, the system includes all piping, fittings, stainless steel hose reels, and chemical dosing units. Ideal for industrial washing, food production facilities, and car wash applications where hygiene and operational reliability are essential.
